All sales are final. Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a piece has been purchased.
Exceptions
However, if your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
How to Report Issues
- Document the damage: Take clear photos of any damage to both the packaging and the artwork.
- Contact us: Email us at support@xochi.art with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery.
- Keep all packaging: Retain all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
Resolution Process
For verified cases of damage during shipping or incorrect items, we may offer:
- Repair of the artwork (when possible)
- Replacement (for editions or prints)
- Store credit
- Refund (in rare circumstances)

Shipping Insurance
All artwork shipments include insurance to protect against damage during transit. This is included in your shipping cost to ensure your purchase is protected.
Authenticity Guarantee
Every artwork sold through Xochi Art comes with a certificate of authenticity, ensuring the provenance and value of your purchase.
Print Editions
For limited edition prints, we may offer exchanges within 14 days if the print is returned in its original condition with all packaging.
