How we work

Three ways to bring original art into your organisation

One gallery programme. Three flexible approaches — choose the solution that fits your space, budget, timeline, and long-term goals.

01

Leasing

Access significant original artworks through a structured monthly programme — without a large upfront purchase. At the end of the term, you can renew, exchange, purchase, or return the work.

How leasing works

02

Commissions

Create a bespoke artwork tailored to your brief, brand, and architecture — from a statement piece for a reception area to a complete building-wide programme.

03

Collections

Select curated groups of works by a single artist — ready to install, lease, or adapt across your interiors.

Why art?

What original art brings to a business

Art is more than decoration. The right artwork shapes first impressions, influences atmosphere, and communicates the values of your organisation.

01

First impressions, made tangible

A reception or lobby is often the first encounter people have with your organisation. Original art signals attention to detail, creativity, and confidence.

02

Prestige and identity without words

Museum-quality contemporary art brings cultural value to a space. Colour, scale, and subject matter can reinforce your brand character in a way that goes beyond traditional messaging.

03

A meaningful long-term asset

Unlike standard interior finishes, original artwork can retain cultural and financial value. Carefully selected works by established artists may appreciate over time.

Questions

Common questions

Who owns the artwork during a lease?

Ownership remains with the artist or current owner throughout the lease period. Your organisation receives the agreed rights to display the artwork at the specified location, with condition reporting and protection managed as part of the agreement.

Is insurance included?

Yes. Artwork is covered under comprehensive insurance from dispatch through transit, installation, display, and return. Full coverage details are provided within the lease agreement.

Can we purchase the artwork later?

A purchase can be discussed separately if your requirements change. Leasing and purchasing are treated as distinct arrangements, allowing your organisation flexibility over time.
